New York: American Library Service 1923, a numbered copy from a limited edition of 150. (Hardcover) 61pp. Very good. Signed and numbered by the author. Grey boards with parchment spine and corner tips. Illustrated title label pasted on front cover, top edge gilt, tipped in frontispiece portrait, full page illustration with printed spider web pattern tissue guard. The bottom of the spine is bumped and the corners are turned in. Dedicated to Carlo de Fornaro. Frontispiece by Marius de Zayas. Illustrations by Wallace Smith. Foreword by Don Marquis. (Poetry).
