Early printing, very good + cloth hardcover shows a name at top of front endpaper, just a touch of foxing at endpapers, tiny tear at top of front hinge and some other light trace wear, in very good dust jacket (price at flap) that shows exposure toning along spine, mild rubbing and soil, and edgewear that includes small closed tears and tiny open cips. 337 pages with black & white drawings and index. Still a solid copy in jacket of this work that "..to put it briefly, is the working of a dowsing rod, or its equivalent, in the hands of a competent dowser, on flowing underground water...
