Rivington, 1827. viii, 392pp, full calf, semi-raised wide bands, spine divided into five panels, title in gilt to second panel, blind stamped bishops mitre to first panel, blind stamped cross to third and fourth, and crown and initial device to fifth, covers with central crown and initial device in gilt framed by triple fillet and volute corner pieces in blind, surrounded by flower and leaf roll in blind, with gilt single fillet border, gilt roll to edges and inner edges, a.e.g. Very slightly rubbed to extremities, small white spot to fourth panel of spine, internally some very occasional light spotting and browning, but generally clean. From the library of Earl Eldon, with his name and bookplate to reverse of front endpaper. First Edition. Full Calf. Good+. 8vo.
