About This Item
New York: Knopf, 1976. Second Printing. Printed six months later, the binding differs only in that the top edge is not stained; the jacket is the same as the first edition with the same 4/76 date on flap. Published, also, in trade paper the hardcover in either printing is difficult to find. Excess glue has caused tears to endpapers front and back.
