Ralph, Holland & Co, 1915 Originally published 1910. October 1915 reprint. 861 pp. Numerous b&w drawings and maps. Some of the maps are fold-out. Olive green cloth with gold spine lettering, black lettering on front board. Boards have some light soiling, some wear at spine tips and corners, rear board has a few stains, front hinge cracked, rear hinge sound. Previous owners' name on front pastedown and ffep.
