About This Item
Bantam Books, 1955. Very Good. I352 (I352/2 on spine), 25c cover price, 185pp. First Edition, paperback original, twelve stories from the original hardcover edition of "Science-Fiction Thinking Machines" (1954). From the estate of Andrew J. Offutt, with his stamp "AJoffutt" on the first page. Offutt was an avid science fiction author noted for "Conan"-themed fantasies, debuted as a published writer in 1951, and wrote 100s of erotic novels pseudonymously as John Cleve, Turk Winter, John Denis, Jeff Morehead, Opal Andrews, among others. The "Spaceways" series is perhaps his ultimate collaboration between science fiction and erotica. Most institutions without personal material. Very Good, rubbing, slightly cocked, foxing.
