Hard Cover. 415 pages: 6 x 8.75 in.: 2: KB#010436: Bookjacket/dustjacket now protected by a new Brodart Mylar Cover. Stated First Edition. Boards and pages are clean, unmarked (except for bookplate of Margaret Ellsworth Gilman on inside front cover), bright (except for darkened area on back flyleaf and inside back cover where some papers were previously kept), tightly bound and sharp cornered. Boards are dark blue with slightly darkened gilt lettering on spine. Dustjacket has several chips along edges and generally worn, so is considered to only be in Good condition. Scarce, Out Of Print, Book. "This book contains the author's choice among all the prose that he has written since 1917: the best essays from 'The Sacred Wood' and 'For Lancelot Andrews', the whole of 'Dante' and 'Homage to John Dryden', and many other essays, including a number not published before in America." .
