Eyre & Spottiswoode, London, 1937. First Edition. Hardcover. Good Condition/No Dust Jacket. Illustrator: Lionel Edwards. Plain green covers with gilt lettering on the spine, wear ( with loss of cloth and back-strip) at head of spine only and small right-angled tear over rear hinge, mark on spine, sound binding. Light foxing to end-papers and occasionally very lightly elsewhere. Two plates ("A Kill. Marriott's Osier Bed" and "In the Welsh Hills") have been neatly coloured in water-colour, the first has paint colour trials in the upper corner. Every other page is a plate, most facing pages contain a short piece of text with a vignette under. On the few pages where there is no vignette there is intermittent pagination. Contains colour and black and white plates (full page illustrations). No dust-jacket. Illustrator: Lionel Edwards. Quantity Available: 1. Shipped Weight: 1-2kg.
