Tight binding. Copyright page & pages 19, 127, 203, and 253 are stamped "Waldwick Public Library" in bottom margin, and page 147 has a small tear in the bottom near spine; otherwise clean interior. Written almost as a thriller, the best-selling journalist Andrew Tully takes the reader through a series of drug trafficking investigations conducted by the U. S.
