New York: Grosset & Dunlap, [c. 1944 (1956)]. 12mo. vii, [1], 215, [1] pp. Frontisp., text illustrations. Green tweed boards, flashlight endpapers (minor rubbing, slight bumping to corners), w/ d.j. wraparound cover (minor chipping head of spine, couple minor closed tears), still VG/G copy, w/ former ownership signature on verso of ffep. Later printing of No. 13 in the Dana Girls Mystery series. From 1949-1952 the first thirteen titles of the Dana Girls were reissued with wraparound dustjackets as they had been out-of-print since 1944. This copy lists to Crossroads on front flap of dustjacket, Black flower on verso of half-title, and 25 Judy Bolton mysteries on back cover. This title was written by Harriet Adams.
