Printed in red and black, the text is Trump Medieval Italic set and printed by Nancy Reid on old Fabriano paper; the Japanese paper on the cover was dyed especially for this edition by Catherine Hall. Van Vliet received a MacArthur award, and her work has been the subject of about 40 solo exhibitions in the United States, Canada, and Scandinavia. As new copy.
