New York: Ticknor & Fields, 1987. First Edition. Fine in 1/4 red cloth and green paper covered boards with gilt text on the spine. A small quarto of 9 1/8 by 6 inches. Without a dust jacket as issued; however, the book is contained within a near fine, paper covered slipcase with an illustrated paper label. Signed on the title page by the author without an inscription or date. 86 pages of text with illustrations throughout by Thomas W. Nason.
