Methuen & Co. Ltd., 1930. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1930. Ninth Edition. 288 pages. No dust jacket. Pink cloth with a photographic black and white frontis and plates throughout. Heavy tanning to pages with pencil inscriptions to front endpaper and visible foxing and tanning to text block edges. Pen and pencil inscriptions to front endpaper and half title page and cracks to guttering with exposed netting. Binding is loose. Boards have visible sunning and rubbing with heavier bumping to corners. Fair crushing to spine ends and major sunning to spine. Book is forward leaning.
