Moderate age toning to covers, with a few light splash marks and some rubbing and light wear to corners of covers. Some light dampstaining to bottom corner of text block, seeping in only 6 mm at its deepest, with some faint age toning to extremities of pages. A nice copy of an exceptionally scarce work on architecture. . First Edition. Spiral Bound. Very Good.
