Liverpool, UK: Charles Birchall & Sons , 1957. 6 monthly journals bound as a hardcover without dust jacket, 476 pages including many black-and-white illustrations; green cloth covers with faded gilt lettering to spine, moderate shelf wear to all cover edges, traces of faded old soiling to back cover, ink signature on first blank page and again on back free endpaper, edges age darkened, but tight in binding, all pages very clean and unmarked.
