Paris: Editions Charles Moreau, 1925. First Edition . Cloth Portfolio. Very Good. Eight pages of text on pairs of folded sheets with all 32 heliotype loose plates present. Second of the series of three illustrated with photos of art deco sculptures found in and on the buildings of the ground breaking l'Exposition des Arts Decoratifs de 1925. List of artists, introduction by Henri Rapin, (test in French), list of other portfolios put together for the exhibition, table of plates including works by Lalique, Bourdelle, Bouraine, Sequin, Jean and Jacques Adnet, Bernaux, Binquet, Max-Blondat, Bottiau, Garnier, Albert Guenot, Hairon, Janniot, Jallot, Le Bourgeois, Malcles, Joel and Jan Martel, Pologne, and Saupique. Portfolio is 12 1/2 x 16 inches. Some wear and rubbing to binding, mainly on the back, some corners bumped, both pairs of cloth ribbon ties present, some splitting of hinges at the spine ends. Plates are in wonderful condition with a trace of foxing and dusting and a few have mild corner creases not affecting the images in any way. Calligraphic gift presentation bookplate mounted on reverse of portrfolio cover.
