First Edition & 1st printing; copyright page states only ""First Published in 1907""- no note of further printings. Red cloth binding tight, bright & clean w/ little wear; trace of rubbing, hint of soil to spine, sm. corner bumps. No frays or scuffs. Color vignette (city on hill) on cover & all gilt lettering & decoration on cover & spine crisp & intact. Old owner name in fountain pen on 2nd blank page. Text is tight, clean & unmarked w/ only lightest toning. NO hinge splits; NOT ex library. Handsome, well preserved copy- displays very well.
