Title page says, "Translated and revised by Harold Moore." book is not in fabulous shape and we hope the price will reflect it's various imperfections, this said, it seems to be a sturdy and handsome old warhorse. judging from the online printing histories it seems reasonable to assume this to be the 1st UK following on the printings rendered in other languages than English. Copyright page states, "First published 1926." I anticipate that the foto to come will help indicate the good and less good here. Book is notably cocked, the boards have typical abrasion at the extremities, not extreme. The books gutters have an unusually large number of fairly mild gappings, again none too extreme, but I think it fortunate that the sewing of the signatures has done it's job and kept the text in place. There is some light pencilled underlining in the text. The end sheets are foxed, the text itself reads nicely. The gate folds seem in nice shape, though one shows corner creasing. It seems likely to have been written in German, though the University of Baku and Russia are referenced. *We feel that books offered for internet sale should be described thoroughly and accurately.
