London: Ward, Lock , 1929. 255 pp, 7 1/2" H. Red cloth with black lettering/decoration on spine & front cover. Early reprint of the 1926 first edition. The Brotherhood of the Scarlet Sign, a criminal organization that has baffled Scotland Yard, operates in high society London, in this story by William Tufnell Le Queux (1864-1927). Light browning to edges of text block, light edge wear - mainly at top/bottom of spine and at corners, light wrinkling at top/bottom of spine, one small light corner bump, slight fading to spine color, book is lightly cocked.. Hard Cover. Very Good-.
