Contemporary half polished calf, marbled boards, spine divided by gilt rules, lettered in gilt direct, other compartments with central blind tools. Some light foxing. Extremities just a touch rubbed and marked. Occasional pencil annotations. An attractive copy of this schoolbook edition of Juvenal, reprinting the text of the German Lutheran scholar Georg Alexander Ruperti (1758-1839).
