New York: McLoughlin Brother's Publishers. Fair. Hardcover. 28 cm. No publication or copyright date. Bound in illustrated, paper-covered boards. Both inner hinges are partially split, but holding. One third of the spine is missing and remainder is heavily worn. Worn through along the edges and the corners are rounded. Shelf rubbed, with light soil. Shop sticker and previous owner's name on the front endpapers. Inside pages have some offsetting from some of the plates and occasional soil. Illustrated with six colour lithographic plates. .
