New York, NY: Whittlesey House. Very Good+ in Fair dust jacket. 1948. 1st Edition; 1st Printing. Hardcover. B&W Illustrations; SIGNED EDITION. This copy has been signed by the author and illustrator on the half title page. The book is in NVery Good+ condition and has a Fair only dust jacket. The book and its contents are in generally clean condition. There is some light bumping and rubbing to the spine ends and corners to the book covers. The text pages are mostly clean and bright. Tipped-in ion the dedication page is a large photo of Warner's Cobweb palace The dust jacket has a previous owner's clear tape over a good portion of the dust jacket flap joints, Spine joints and cover edges. There are noticeable large chips missing, several edge tears, and general wear and tear. ; Signed by Author & Illustrator .
