San Francisco: The Pacific Art Company, 1905. 182p., plentiful b&w vignette photoportraits of middle-aged and elder city fathers, and halfpage images of downtown buildings, first edition 11x8 inch red cloth boards titled black. A damp-damaged copy, with water-spotting and sizing-loss to front cover, all edges show minute frayed spots, textblock prelimns are mildly rippled with offset color round the margins from the cloth. Endsheets the most affected, but nothing really repulsive. A handleable, useable copy. Pre-quake information.
