About This Item
Kerouac, Jack
SAN FRANCISCO BLUES, and The Great Western Bus Ride, Pull My Daisy, Home for Christmas, Old Angel Midnight, Two Stories…, The Vision of the Hooded White Angles.
A scarce collection of eight booklets, published in the 1980's by four different publishers. Several have Kerouac material published for the first time in its complete form.
All seven are scarce because of the limited numbers published. The four Pacific Red Car booklets were limited editions of 100 copies, and published in 1984-85. The San Francisco Blues was Kerouac's first book of poetry written in 1954. The poem In 79 Courses was only printed in "bits and pieces" until it was first printed in its entirety in 1984 in this copy. All of the copies are bound with printed card stock wraps and attached with staples. All are in a like-new condition with no markings or signatures. They appear to be unread.
