Background info on 18 standard American songs, with music & lyrics for those not still protected by copyright as of 1969. The songs with music and lyrics are Yankee Doodle; the Star-Spangled Banner; Home, Sweet Home; America (aka My Country 'Tis of Thee); Old Folks at Home; Dixie; the Battle Hymn of the Republic; the Bonnie Blue Flag; Maryland, My Maryland; Tenting on the Old Camp Ground; Carry Me Back to Old Virginny; America, the Beautiful; Jingle Bells. A brief excerpt is given for Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Reindeer. You can place credit card orders through Biblio, or we will ship upon receipt of payment by check or money order.
