Toronto: Macmillan. Good in Poor dust jacket. 1960. Reprint. Hardcover. 144 p. 28 cm. Reprint of 1957 edition. Sound binding, which is slightly cocked, in blue, cloth-covered boards with white titles. Corners are lightly bumped and rounded. Faded along top and bottom edge of spine. Library stamp on front free endpaper but only indication of such. Inside pages are clean, bright and unmarked. Dustjacket has has a large piece missing on the rear panel and the front flap is detached. Chips, creases and tears to the edges. Rear panel is lightly soiled. Price clipped and price code written on front flap. Number 14 of the Great Stories of Canada historical series for children. Great Stories of Canada 14 .
