No statement of edition In the second state dust jacket depictiing an eagle replacing the controversial one of a nude Greenlander. Salamina is a copiously illustrated memoir of Kent's first Arctic winter (1931–32) spent painting and exploring while based in the tiny settlement of Illorsuit, Greenland.
