Hardcover, tall 4to. in cloth backed paper boards, with gilt spine title, in dust jacket. 235pp, color frontis, and 12 plates from photographs and illustrations by Wilfred Drake. Very good in good dust jacket. Two inches loss to spine ends of dust jacket. Loss to corners of dust jacket, which remains intact and is now housed in mylar. Foxing to page extremities throughout. Text and plates are bright and unmarked. Alphabetical listing of Saints and Angels, with tidbits of biography, place of origin, and their symbols, with plates of Popes Gregory and Clement, St.. Patrick, St. Martin, and others. Digital images available upon request.
