Binding square and tight, text clean and bright.. 16mo. 4.25 x 6.625 in. xxxii, 1982, 62, [1] pp. Original black pebbled cloth, Chi-Rho Christogram blind-stamped to upper cover, titled in gilt on spine, all edges burnished red; with five ribbon markers. Presented in publisher's collapsible slipcase. Ordinary of the Mass printed in red and black. Illustrated with full-page black & white reproductions, head-pieces. Text in Latin and English. No. 1600-3. This edition distributed by the E.M. Lohmann Company of Saint Paul. A sharp copy of perhaps the most complete and best hand-missal produced before the Second Vatican Council. Scarce thus.
