Los Angeles: Twentieth Century-Fox, 1953. Vintage studio still photograph from the 1953 film. With censorship stamp on the verso.
Based on the 1929 novel "Brown on Resolution" by C.S. Forester. During World War I, a British ship is sunk by the Germans, leaving only two survivors. The two men do everything they can to delay the Germans from repairing their ship so the Royal Navy can locate them.
Shot on location in Malta.
10 x 8 inches. Very Good plus, with pinholes at the corners and a chip missing at the top left corner.
