Early edition of Sacred Dramas by Hannah More rebound in modern quarter cloth with marbled boards. Chiefly Intended for Young Persons, The Subjects Taken from the Bible. A new and scarce edition with a memoir from the author. Hannah More was an English religious writer and philanthropist who wrote on moral and religious subjects. Rebound in modern quarter cloth and marbled boards. Externally, very smart. There is some minor bumping to the head and tail of the spine. Internally, generally firmly bound. The pages are bright and clean. Very Good

Based in the literary city of Bath, our offices are housed in the Eastern Dispensary. Built in 1845, the building originally existed as a charitable institution providing medical care. The building now houses our collection of over twenty thousand books and has five full time members of staff.
