New York and London: Columbia University Press, 1974. 2nd printing (later than 1974?) . Light Grey Hessian. Fine/VG-. 15.5 Cms x 23 Cms. ix+180, near pristine with no obvious faults, unclipped jacket clean and minimally worn but spine and top front strip faded and very slight hints of surface rubbing to front (will add protective sleeve when ordered). Not to be confused with Mead's earlier 'An Anthropologist at Work: Writings of Ruth Benedict' (1959). This includes a selective Benedict biobiography. Note: quoted shipping rates are calculated for 500-700 gram net weight, cost will be modified up or down as appropriate outside this range.
