New York: B. W. Huebsch. Poor with no dust jacket. 1919. First US Edition. Hardcover. Ownership signature and address of Elizabeth Gurley Flynn on the front free endpaper. Front hinges are cracked and badly repaired with masking tape. Rear inner hinge is cracked, rear outer hinge starting to split. Paper residue and small stains on each cover. Spine has wear to the ends and is heavily browned. Spine label is illegible. .
