About This Item
London: Constable, 1954 . First edition. Cloth. Near Fine/Very Good Indeed. 7.5" by 5". None. The first edition of this collection of short stories by Damon Runyon in the original dust wrapper. First edition of Runyon From First to Last in the original publisher's cloth binding and unclipped dust wrapper. Containing all the stories written by Damon Runyon and not included in the previous anthology 'Runyon on Broadway'. Damon Runyon was an American newspaperman and short story writer. Many of his stories were set in the Prohibition era and centred on the world of Broadway. In the original publisher's cloth binding and unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, very smart. There is some light bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. To the dust wrapper, there are a few small closed tears to the extremities and some light creases. Also, the dust wrapper is slightly age toned and there is some spotting to the inverse. Internally, firmly bound. The pages are bright and clean and very slightly age toned. Near Fine
