Condition is GOOD ; corners and ends of spine have moderate wear, covers are clean and bright. At the covers and upper corner of text block there are very faint water stains. The stain is visible on the text at a very narrow area at upper right. Binding is very good with a hint of give to the front hinge, and the text clean and unmarked. Endpapers mildly stained. Final pg with illus is a bit wrinkled. Rubaiyat. RGR.

Page edges untrimmed and unopened. Printed in red and black on handmade paper. Slight wear to corners of boards, otherwise in excellent condition throughout. Previous owner's bookplate to front pastedown endpaper. Contains the text of the second Fitzgerald edition, modified by the insertion of omitted Stanzas and by some of the variants of the first, third and fourth editions.
