Written by John Herbert Slater, a British author and bibliophile linked to book collecting. Publisher's advertisements to the rear. In the original green cloth binding. Externally, smart with light rubbing and minor bumping to the extremities. Internally, firmly bound with page 49/50 detached but present. Pages are very bright with the odd small spot or handling mark. An age mark to page 51. Contemporary ink inscription to the front endpaper. Good
