London: Sampson Low, Marston & Co Undated but previous owners inscription on FFE reads 1940. Copy in blue cloth on boards with black title on cover and spine. Spine lightly sunned. Light rubbing to head/foot of spine and along spine edges. Cracks in front and rear hinges and some internal cracks. Clean text and b/w plates.
