Chapters on London underground railway history, signalling and safety devises, training, rolling stock, Post Office Railway, the omnibuses, etc. 243 pages with numerous photographs, tables and illustrations. Bound in original black cloth with lettering on the spine in gilt. Two stamps of County Tramsport Tramways on the front endpaper. Small signature. Spots of foxing to the edges of the text block. A very good copy.
