About This Item

Stated First Edition; A Near Fine book in a Near Fine dust jacket. An outstanding copy of this scarce title by one of the SciFi masters! This copy is in near fine condition with a square tight binding, clean white pages, and crisp red boards with black lettering; the book does show some mild darkening to the board edges, crimping to the spine ends, and some vertical toning to the paste downs. Housed in an exceptional near fine dust jacket that is crisp and vibrant but does show some minor rubbing and creasing to the spine ends, corners, and flap edges, and some very light soiling to the back panel. Overall, an excellent copy of this book, hard to find in collectible condition, especially with this superb dust jacket. Not price clipped, not ex-library; in a fresh mylar cover.

Really cool early scifi. Might be a little sexy for some tastes, but has that same innocence as Heinlein, complete with self-realization, semi-anti-hero and all-powerful entity. Very enjoyable.
