Final 7 unpaginated pages contain publisher's advertisements. Brown expanded two earlier stories, "Gateway to Darkness" (Super Science Stories, 1949) and "Gateway to Glory" (Amazing Stories, 1950) to create this novel about a sentient asteroid's first encounter with humans. In Very Good+ Condition: front cover crease along spine; edges lightly rubbed; clean and tight.

Really cool early scifi. Might be a little sexy for some tastes, but has that same innocence as Heinlein, complete with self-realization, semi-anti-hero and all-powerful entity. Very enjoyable.
