A sequal to his earlier work covering the period 1965-1980. Rear panel of dust jacket is creased, and there are a couple of tiny marginal tears to jacket. Original green cloth covers with gilt spine lettering. ; Color & B&W Illustrations; 4to 11" - 13" tall .
