Flat signed by the author to the title page and presented: 'To Edith Best wishes QE2 June '05' A very good, clean, tight copy in similar jacket. 2004. First impression with the number '1' in the number string to the copyright page. No other inscriptions. The upper rear board corner bumped, a light bump to the upper front board corner and the tail of the spine a little bumped. No other inscriptions. Bumps to the upper two board corners with some light associated creasing to the overlying jacket. A slight bump to the tail of the spine. The jacket has not been price-clipped - it has some slight creasing in places to the tail and some shelf wear to the jacket. A very good, clean, tight flat signed copy.

Synopsis

Born in Solihull in 1946, Michael Buerk began his journalistic career at the Bromsgrove Weekly Messenger . Now as the presenter of The Moral Maze as well as The Choice , he is one of the leading figures at the BBC. He lives in Guildford with his wife and has twin boys who both work as journalists.
