In 62 pages, with 12 full-color, full-page internal illustrations by artist John R. Neill, along with some smaller drawings in pen and ink in scattered throughout text. The First Printing of this edition from 1939 (First, thus), this small hardcover with brightly colored & decorated paper over boards is in only Fair-Good condition, downgraded primarily because the back board (cover) is gone. Else, only minor edgewear & rubbing to extremities, heavier to corners & both ends of spine. Red crayon scribble inside front cover; NO other writing/highlighting/underlining/coloring; not ex-lib. Text pages are very white & the colored plates are bright & clean with a whisper of tanning to edges; NO foxing.
