New York: Harper and Row, 1967. First Edition, First Printing. Hardcover. Good/Very Good. Octavo. 5.75 x 8.75 in. 401 pp. Good in the original blue cloth boards and navy binding that has a lean and heavy rubbing on the upper and lower ends of the spine, with a very good illustrated dust jacket that has linear blue color transfers on the flaps and rear jacket. A gift inscription appears on the front free endpaper. Signed by Ehle on the title page. The book was closed while the ink was still wet, causing a partial transfer to the opposite page.
