Green cloth boards with debossed gilt lettering on front cover and spine. Gilt top edge. The work is comprehensive chronology bibliography of the work of famed American, journalist and writer Richard Harding Davis, known for his work covering the Spanish-American war and WWI. Illustrated throughout with b&w reproductions of examples of Davis's work and other pertinent original documents. Advertisement at front. Dust jacket with some chipping and tearing at head of spine, as well as some additional light creasing, small closed tears and light spotting along edges. Binding with some minor bumping to corners of boards and top hinges of spine. Interior with some age toning to pages. Book block tight. Dust jacket in overall good, binding in near fine, interior in very good+ condition.
