LONDON: HUTCHINSON. Naval adventure novel in the Hornblower style. Set in 1772. Ex-library copy. Clear plastic cover over the dust jacket. Moderate wear/peeling on DJ edges. Tear on back flap. Moderate staining/marking affecting text on front flap(text is clearly visible). Library stickers on DJ spine. Not price clipped. NB: Front free endpaper(ship illustration) has been removed. Damage to side edge of front pastedown, cloth binding is parly exposed. Some writing on top of pastedown in biro. Withdrawn stamp and number written on half title page. Tanned and slightly foxed/partially stained page edges. Minimal affect on text. A scarce title in this hard cover first edition. Location: PT2 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall . Good. Hardcover. First Edition. 1975.
