New York: Hurst & Company Book. Good. Hardcover. Reprint.. 12mo - over 6¾ - 7¾" tall. No date (circa 1910). First of the author's Woodville Stories. Illustrated cloth, 256 pages, illustrated. Cover illustration still bright and attractive. Uncommon in a dust jacket, especially since the jackets were so fragile to begin with. Spine a bit cocked, dusty/moderately soiled edges, off-setting to end papers. Dust jacket missing bottom 2" of spine and triangular piece from upper portion of spine, edgewear, chipping, front panel separated from jacket at right spine edge (subsequently re-attached with non-yellowing tape), previous owner's name in pencil along right edge of front panel, smudging, general wear..
