Reaktion Books,. Hardback. 256pp. Black and white illustrations throughout. Black boards with gilt titles to the spine is very clean but with a slight bump to two corners. Dust wrapper is very clean but with a short tear to top edge and some slight creasing over the bumped areas. Good+, sound copy in like dust wrapper . Hardback. 2001.
