The book is still firmly bound but there are two small sections of pages which are loose - it seems they were never bound into the book as there are no stitching holes - nothing is missing.. A previous owner's small label is affixed inside the front cover. The page edges are rough cut. The decorated hardcover is clean but there is some fraying top & tail of spine & some edge wear. Some scattered foxiing to the pages & endpapers browned. 50 colour plates with tissue guards. A heavy book..
