First Report from the Select Committee appointed to consider Evidence taken on Bills for the Improvement of the Port of London, Reported by Lord Hawkesbury, 1st june 1799 (pp. 444-460. Second report From the Select Committee upon the Improvement of The Port of London, Reported by Charles Abbot, Esquire, 11th July 1799 (pp. 461-542) plates 14-28 but only 14, 22, 24, 26, 27 and 28 present). Report from The Select Committee upon the Improvement of the Port of London, Reported by Nicholas Vansittart, Esq. 28th July 1800, (pp. 543-594) pls.33-50 but only 33, 47, 48, 49, 50 present. Recent rebinding in half calf with marbled boards, red gilt title label. Some dust staining to edges, offsetting etc, plate 24 with bleeding of red wash, red staining to last page and outer margin of plate 49. Small, unobtrusive blind stamp to most plates, bookplate recording the gift of the book from M. Oppenheim to Bath Public Reference Library. Large unidentified signature repasted onto new pastedown. Plates generally very good.. Hard Cover. Very Good. Illus. by James Basire. Elephant Folio - over 15" - 23" tall.
